At SMLRO EBIKE, we stand by our products and want you to enjoy your ride with confidence! That’s why every new SMLRO EBIKE comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects 🛠️.
📌 What’s Covered?
If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered! But remember, this warranty applies only to the original owner and only for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
If your eBike arrives with an issue, don’t worry! Just contact us within 3 working days 📅 with clear photos & videos 🎥📸. This helps us quickly review and resolve your case.
🚨 Important: You must keep the original packaging 📦 and your eBike intact while we assess the issue.
✅ Warranty Conditions
To be eligible, make sure:
✔️ Your eBike was purchased from smlrobicycle.com or an authorized retailer.
✔️ You’re the original owner (warranty is non-transferable).
✔️ The bike is used as intended (paved roads & trails 🛣️).
✔️ The electronics have not been modified or repaired by anyone unauthorized.
✔️ The total weight (rider + cargo) stays under 275 lbs.
✔️ You report any issues with detailed photos & videos ASAP.
💡 Self-assembly? That’s okay! But if something breaks due to incorrect setup, you’ll need to cover the cost. (Example: stripped bolts, crank arm damage, etc.)
🚫 What’s NOT Covered?
- Normal wear & tear (brake pads, tires, chains, etc.).
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications.
- Battery issues caused by improper charging/storage 🔋.
- Use of third-party parts or accessories.
- Lost or damaged keys 🗝️ (keep them safe!).
- Missing required photos & videos for warranty claims.
🛠️ How to File a Warranty Claim?
📌 Within 30 Days: We cover both labor & parts, but you must contact us first before any repairs.
📌 After 30 Days (Within 1 Year): Unless the parts such as battery / motor / frame, you need to bear the cost of parts
📌 For ALL Claims:
📷 Send us clear photos & videos of the issue ASAP! This helps us quickly diagnose & resolve your problem.
📦 Keep your original packaging—it’s important in case the bike needs to be returned or assessed.
